Tous ceux qui possèdent cette expertise peuvent faire partie de notre équipe où tous peuvent apprendre leurs compétences et grandir ensemble. Principalement, il appartient toujours aux administrateurs de sélectionner l'arbitre/jury car ils souhaitent gérer un processus d'examen approprié de la tentative de record. Les administrateurs sélectionnent généralement les arbitres en fonction de quelques critères : Qualifications ou spécialisation de la compétence comme entraîneur de judo ou entraîneur de yoga (tout diplôme ou réalisation) Si un candidat a déjà une solide expérience dans un domaine similaire ou souhaite acquérir son expérience avec nous. Le nombre d'événements/séminaires organisés dans leur domaine d'expertise. Dans quelle mesure vous interagissez avec les gens et avec les membres du comité de rédaction. Recommandations des co-directeurs de l'AOWR s'ils vous connaissent ou ont travaillé avec vous.
